Receptionist
Working 37.5 hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), you will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with all administration duties. You will make a real difference by providing business support within the organisation. This is a temporary-permanent opportunity, therefore our client require a candidate who can start immediately.
Duties will include:
- Greet visitors and staff with a positive, helpful attitude
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Assisting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with administrative tasks when required
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
- Reconciling expenses
- Stock takes and ordering of teas, coffees, stationery
Candidate experience required:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable with an approachable attitude
- Good team player
Salary is £12.50 per hour whilst temporary, once permanent the role offers 24.5k-25kMonday-Friday, 9am-5pmFree parking on-site Must be available to begin a new role immediately
