As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for brokers and intermediary partners, offering guidance and resolving queries.
- Support field-based BDMs by managing broker communications for a seamless service experience.
- Host video calls, webinars, and presentations to engage and update brokers on products and services.
- Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve targets.
- Assist brokers in understanding the company's Bridging Finance offerings.
- Build and maintain new relationships with brokers and intermediary introducers to drive business growth.
