This very established local Company are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Administrator wanting a successful career in accountancy to join their happy and successful team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the Accounts Manager with the management of the day to day accounts function

- Costing jobs that have been completed and raising client sales invoices

- Allocating payments received to client accounts and preparing banking documentation

- Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and posting onto the ledger system

- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing cheque & BACs payments

- Ensuring that sales and purchase invoice files are maintained in strict chronological order
