The Facilities Management Operative is responsible for carrying out general maintenance and operational tasks to ensure that buildings and facilities are safe, efficient, and comfortable for employees, visitors, and tenants. This includes maintaining building systems, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Role Summary:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Liaise with employees / contractors and will take ownership and pride of their site.
> Managing internal/external post on site.
> Conducting and recording inductions for contractors and visitors.
> Coordinating with the CBRE team and contractors to resolve issues and complete reactive jobs.
> Conducting site inspections and escalating concerns to the Regional Manager.
> Representing Facilities Management on-site and ensuring high customer service.
> Escalating building or service concerns to the UKPN team.
> Performing minor fabric repairs, plumbing and electirical tasks
> Assisting with Fire Alarm tests.
Person Specifications:
> Good Communicaiton skills
> Conduct themselves in a professional manner and be of smart appearance
