Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain working relationships with private sector landlords
- Ensure tenants are able to sustain their accommodation in private sector houses
- Work with other departments/ as part of schemes within the council to ensure the effective and efficient operation of housing projects
- Assist tenants with maintaining their tenancies to prevent homelessness
Candidate requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant housing legislation
- Experience of completing affordability assessments for accommodation options
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
As mentioned, this role is based in Hertfordshire, but may also be of interest to candidates based in North London as the role can be worked on a hybrid basis.
