  • Conduct rapid assessments to determine eligibility, homelessness risk, local connection, and priority need, gathering necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to assess housing and support needs, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation and training to ensure compliance with statutory homelessness obligations.
  • Safeguard vulnerable individuals by identifying risks and making appropriate referrals
