Pastoral Assistant - Social Science Graduates

In the heart of Barnet, an "Outstanding" Primary School is on the hunt for a Psychology Graduate Pastoral Assistant for a September 2024 start. This is a full-time and long-term post.

Previous Psychology graduates who have been successful in this role have gone on to pursue careers in, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Therapy and much more!

If you are a compassionate individual who has a passion for supporting children not only in their academics but their social and emotional well-being, then this role is for you! Successful candidates within this Primary Teaching Assistant role are able to find the balance between relationship building, tailoring their approach to educational support as well as being proactive in regard to supporting children with SEND.
