Software Engineer

I am delighted to be working with our client, who is now looking for a software engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will build on their existing code base, develop your own projects, and add/improve all aspects of our client's finance, investment, and sales platform.

Key Purpose

You will be responsible for developing our client's platform for their customers and back office, building integrations with external API’s as directed by the Group Software engineer.

Skills and competencies

• Full stack developer, senior-level PHP - Laravel
• Slightly weighted towards back-end work, strong HTML / CSS, required too. Must be able to work full-stack, including an understanding of AWS environment
• The current stack is Node.js, PHP, Javascript, Bootstrap.js, MySQL, AWS, MS Office Graph API, and GCP
• Work with 3rd party integrations
• Broad business understanding to understand the context of our client's work

What you will be working on:

• Front-end dashboards, single page applications (Web Application)
• Progressive Web Apps
• AI integrations
• AWS Admin
• User Analytics displays, and user interface
• UX improvements on the existing site
• API integrations

Salary up to £45,000 DOE plus strong benefits
