Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Borehamwood-based team, playing a key role in tendering for complex and high-value contracts.

Senior Estimator - Job Overview

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for high-end joinery projects valued between 1M - 10M.
• Working closely with Tier 1 contractors to submit competitive tenders.
• Collaborating with a small team of Estimators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
• Conducting cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimise project profitability.
• Managing tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Senior Estimator - Job Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry and joinery estimating is essential.
• Strong understanding of bespoke joinery pricing, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Based within commuting distance of Borehamwood.
• Open to candidates from junior to senior level, provided they have relevant industry experience.
