Elevate Projects is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join a national provider of affordable housing and not-for-profit developer.
The role involves pre-inspection and diagnosis of damp, mould, and disrepair in properties, as well as specifying remedial actions.
The Surveyor will also manage appointed contractors on behalf of clients in the Borehamwood area.
An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Competitive salary based on experience is offered, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced Surveyor to join their busy property team, to undertake pre inspection and diagnosis of damp, mould and disrepair in properties, specification of remedial actions and client side management of appointed contractors across Borehamwood and surrounds area.
