Receptionist/Administrator (4 days a week) - Immediate start.
We are working alongside one of our clients who are looking for an Receptionist/Administration to join their team on an on going temporary basis for 3-6 Months, based in Borehamwood. (Could be extended)
Overview.
As a Administrator/Receptionist you will provide a comprehensive service to various consultants;
Duties:
-Dealing with all enquiries
-Day to day administration
-Correspondence typing letters/reports.
-Diary management with individual consultants.
-Meet and greet customer and clients
-Answer Phone/emails.
-Appointment booking
-The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. You will be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
-You should also have some prior experience in a Medical background (Not essential)
Pay Rate: 14.50 p/h (Weekly Pay)
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm.
