What you will be doing:

Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to the highest standards.
Collaborating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
Occasionally speaking with customers to provide your expert technical opinion.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest product knowledge.
Delivering exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and organizing your work efficiently.

What our client is looking for:

A full UK Driving Licence.
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
Previous experience in the motor industry is essential.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
An eye for detail and the ability to meet timescales effectively.
