Job Title: Warehouse & Workshop Operative

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Location: Elstree

Contract: Permanent / 9.30am to 5.30pm – Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a motivated and technically minded Assembly Warehouse Operative to join our Workshop and Warehouse team in Elstree!

Job Description:

Respond to customer service queries regarding technical issues, repairs or warranties via phone call or emails
Carry out examination and testing of returns.
Booking in repairs into the system
Complete radio frequency programming for customer orders
Understand all stages of service repair process
Gain full product and technical knowledge to be able to carry out the role and respond to customer and internal enquires
Picking and packing items
Using hand held scanners
Keeping the workshop environment safe and clean
Stock taking
Managing goods in and out

Job Requirements:

Support and liaise with other internal departments such as sales administration
Proficient in using a PC and comfortable with technology
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Customer focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Physically capable of lifting heavy loads
Physically fit
Able to manage a busy workload
Driving license is essential for the role
Positive can do attitude
