An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a commercial environment on a static basis inBorehamwood.CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building inBorehamwood (North London)on a temp basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Repairing Toilets and Sinks
- Unblocking Toilets
- Water Treatment
- Repairing pipework and leaks
- Minor installation works
- Flexible in helping other trades on site
- Planned and reactive works
- AHU's/FCU's filter changes
- Boiler & Chiller checks
- Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing
- Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
- 24 per hour Umbrella
- Free Parking on site
- City and Guilds in Plumbing
- City and Guilds in Water Treatment - Desirable
- City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems - Desirable
- Demonstrate previous experience commercial plumbing
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
