Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) looking for your next opportunity? Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP)
Location: Boroughbridge
Hours: Full-time (4 or 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to 13 per hour
Start Date: February 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, supporting their EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) development
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster children's growth and development
- Monitor and track children's progress through observations and assessments (using Tapestry or other similar systems)
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, maintaining positive communication and feedback
- Ensure the safeguarding (DBS check required) and welfare of children at all times
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (EYE) or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare)
- Knowledge and experience of working with the EYFS framework
- Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting (preferred)
- A passion for child development and supporting children's learning
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
