Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with a UK founded eCommerce scaleup as they expand their operations to the US, having experienced phenomenal scale in the UK and Europe.
In what is a newly created and first US-based finance role for the business, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join as one of the US founding team members.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Build scalable processes and controls
- Implement an automation-led tech stack
- Have complete ownership of US financial reporting and month end close
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition treatments
- Support operations and sales functions where required, including with supplier negotiations and stock control
- Work in close collaboration with the Group CFO and UK finance team
Profile:
- CPA qualified with post qualified experience within a high-growth, VC backed tech environment (preferably eCommerce)
- Strong technical accountant with an automation-led mindset
- Demonstrable experience of building financial processes and controls from scratch
- Established business partner who is confident in advising, challenging and influencing
- Able to work autonomously
