Key Responsibilities for the Paraplanner:- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to understand client needs and customize financial plans accordingly.
- Communicate with clients as needed to clarify financial goals, gather additional information, and address inquiries.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Utilize financial planning software and tools to model various scenarios and assess their impact on clients' financial objectives.
- Produce tailored financial planning reports for new business cases, annual reviews, withdrawals, and other ad-hoc client requests throughout the year.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the development of financial plans.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and financial plans.
- Stay informed about financial planning regulations, industry trends, and techniques that may affect client strategies.
- Qualifications:Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience:Previous experience in a financial services or advisory role, with a focus on paraplanning, is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing documentation.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
