Site Manager

Our client, a Developer, based in Lincoln, are currently seeking an experienced site manager to join them due to growth. The successful individual will be part of a site based near Boston Lincolnshire. Our client is a family run business which has been operating for over 30 years, providing high quality new homes to their customers.

Please note this is a full-time position (PAYE) -

• Site Planning, Organisation & Management
• Staff & Contractor Management and Supervision
• Material Scheduling and Ordering
• Managing Health & Safety
• Building New Homes & Associated Works to meet the Company's Build Programme and Annual Targets
• Management of Quality to ensure the company meets all required standards
• Management of Customer Care process
• Inspections
• Liaising with sales staff, head office, site inspectors etc.
• Attend and input to meetings as required.
• Comply with & implement company's policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing larger construction developments
• Knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction
• Understanding of health and safety
• Ful driving license
• Up to date certificates
• Experience in managing residential developments

• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 - This will be dependent on experience
