Our well-established client is looking to recruit a Learning and Development Manager on a fulltime permanent basis. Based north of Spalding Lincolnshire. This is a new position to the business, and you will work closely with the HR Director in establishing new systems and enhancing the employee journey and development within the business.

Job role as Learning and Development Manager;-

  • Play a key role in developing employees and enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organisational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods in the company (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Guide employees through their learning journey.
  • Create a positive culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

To be considered for the role of Learning and Development manager you will have relevant experience with this field including examples of development role outs within previous/current companies. The company offer 25 days holiday plus additional benefits.

Our client is based in rural Lincolnshire so own transport is essential.
