360 Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Manager to join a Food Manufacturing business in the Lincolnshire area. This role will help support the overall performance of the business.

We are seeking a highly organisedand proactive Finance Manager who will be responsible for completing a variety of financial reporting tasks. In this role, you will produce monthly accounts, generate reports, and assist in the preparation of documentation for the annual audit. You will play a key part in supporting all areas of the business to ensure that informed and accurate decisions are made. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly accounts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present monthly month-end reports for the team.
  • Compile all documentation required for the annual audit.
  • Generate daily sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create adhoc reports for the team to assist with decision-making.
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent Excel skills, along with the ability to quickly learn and work with different computer systems.
  • A high level of trustworthiness, confidentiality, and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to think on your feet and develop solutions for adhoc reporting challenges.
  • The capacity to present complex data in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Qualified or Part Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc...)
