Responsibilities:
- Scope projects, set KPIs, and support innovation and improvement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products on time, influencing from concept to delivery
- Manage trials, ensuring they align with critical paths and budgets, and resolve issues proactively
- Oversee customer panels for approval, ensuring compliance with business standards
- Proactively plan the critical path, ensuring product launches meet timelines and customer specs
- Communicate process changes that affect costs, manage trial budgets, and escalate issues to stakeholders
- Drive problem-solving to improve products and manufacturing processes, using root cause analysis
- Ensure audit readiness by reviewing food safety and customer COP validations
What you will need:
- Food Safety Level 3 and/or HACCP Level 2
- Previous experience in food manufacturing in a similar position
- Exposure to customer trials and critical path management
