Responsibilities:

• Scope projects, set KPIs, and support innovation and improvement plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products on time, influencing from concept to delivery
• Manage trials, ensuring they align with critical paths and budgets, and resolve issues proactively
• Oversee customer panels for approval, ensuring compliance with business standards
• Proactively plan the critical path, ensuring product launches meet timelines and customer specs
• Communicate process changes that affect costs, manage trial budgets, and escalate issues to stakeholders
• Drive problem-solving to improve products and manufacturing processes, using root cause analysis
• Ensure audit readiness by reviewing food safety and customer COP validations

What you will need:

• Food Safety Level 3 and/or HACCP Level 2
• Previous experience in food manufacturing in a similar position
• Exposure to customer trials and critical path management
