we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a Dynamic school in Boston. For those considering teaching as a career, Vision For Education have an excellent track record of supporting new candidates to progress onto teacher training through experience working with us as a Cover Supervisor.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment, delivering pre-set lessons, and ensuring students stay engaged and on task. The Ideal candidate will have confidence to teach a classroom of teenagers and inspire learning to ensure students achieve academic success. Â
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Have a willingness to learn.
• A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils.
• Be a natural leader and someone with confidence to lead a lesson in the absence of the class teacher.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
