GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Boston, providing support in the absence of class teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a classroom, ensuring students remain engaged in learning.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide support where needed.
• Maintain discipline in line with the school's behaviour policies.
• Offer support and guidance to students across various subjects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or youth-based role is desirable.
• Confidence in managing student behaviour and leading a class.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and helping young people succeed.
