Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience before becoming a teacher? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Boston.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide additional support to students when required.

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A confident and adaptable personality.
• Interest in pursuing a career in education (ideal for aspiring teachers).
