- The company has been successfully trading for over 20 years with a turnover of 30 million and has recently experienced high demands due to the needs of the retail market, the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team to add support and drive efficiencies within the Maintenance department.
- ATA Recruitment is looking to speak with an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer from the manufacturing sector based in the Boston area or someone close by.
- Key accountabilities for the position of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
- React to breakdowns.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Oversee Maintenance activities, ensuring planned maintenance is applied to all equipment to achieve maximum site efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Maintaining mechanical components such as pneumatics, bearings, belts, pulleys, and gearboxes.
- Electrical and Mechanical fault finding
- Replace and repair electrical components.
- Requirements for the position of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
An experienced Maintenance Engineer, working within an FMCG environment,
- A good understanding of electrical engineering.
- A hands-on, team Player.
- Qualifications Minimum NVQ level 3, apprenticeship, city, and guilds – electrical
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
