The Role: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant with GSL Education, you will play a vital role in supporting a specific student, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to a designated student, addressing their individual needs and learning goals.
• Assist in the implementation of personalized learning plans and strategies.

• Monitor and document student progress, offering regular feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to ensure cohesive support for the student.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 or support capacity.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the student's changing needs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
