Simply Education are working closely with a Primary School between Boston and Spilsby who are looking to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to start in January.
This position will last for the remainder of the academic year and will be working full time, Monday through to Friday.
The Teaching Assistant will be working 1:1 with a student in upper KS2 who shows some challenging behaviors at times. Therefore the Teaching Assistant will need to have strong behaviour management techniques as well as being able to quickly build up a good working relationship with the learner.
The Teaching Assistant will be well supported by the class teacher along with the SENDCO. The position would be an excellent role for someone who is looking for a longer term post and who enjoys working on a 1:1 basis with students in mainstream primary schools.
