Now Education is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work across client schools in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to work alongside dedicated staff in our client schools, who are vibrant and welcoming.

Roles include but are not limited to:

A passion for the progress of Primary School pupils.
Providing a stimulating work environment for students with additional needs
Liaising with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure social, emotional, and academic progress is made.
Assist with the planning and preparation of classroom activities.

The successful Teaching assistant should:

Possess a Teaching Assistant qualification (would consider candidates without qualification, but relevant experience with children is a must)
Be energetic and eager to support teaching and learning.
Be able to communicate well with students, colleagues and parents or carers.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Possess an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Now Education).
Excellent classroom management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
