Salary Scale: £85 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincoln is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work across a nurturing school in Boston. We are seeking a caring and motivated individual who will support students in their learning, both in the classroom and during individual or group sessions.
Teaching Assistant role:
The successful Teaching Assistant will be part of a dedicated and supportive team, helping to enhance students' educational experiences and encouraging their personal development. You will assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and support students with varying needs to achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
- Be patient, empathetic, and supportive
- Be confident in assisting with classroom management and supporting student behaviour
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the students and the school
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
