Teaching Assistant

Do you enjoy helping young people achieve their academic and personal best? GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a mainstream secondary school in Boston, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Support students in KS3 and KS4, assisting with their academic progress.
Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
Offer individualized support to students who need extra help in their learning journey.
Help create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a classroom setting or working with young people is a plus.
A positive and approachable attitude towards students and staff.
Commitment to supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
