Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Do you enjoy supporting young people and helping them succeed in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Boston from February 2025.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional needs.
- Help maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with classroom activities and behaviour management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with secondary school students (desired but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and proactive attitude.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) – higher qualifications are desirable.
