Teaching Assistant

Location: A school in Boston
Salary: £85 - £95 per day
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to students' academic success while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide tailored support to students on a one-to-one or small group basis.

• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning experiences.

• Support students with special educational needs to ensure full access to the curriculum.

• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is desirable.

• A proactive and adaptable approach to working with students.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
