Part Time HR Officer

Our client is seeking a HR Officer to uphold and manage the company’s HR policies, procedures, and goals.

Reporting into the HR Manager duties include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Developing programmes that enhance employee relations.
  • Interpreting and advising on day-to-day employment law concerns.
  • Promoting equality, diversity and health and safety within the company.
  • Ensure that company employment policies adhere to UK laws and advise on salaries.
  • Processing and recording confidential information.
  • Administration of payroll data and maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting managers to implement/understand policies and procedures and promoting equality and diversity.
  • Organising meetings, including taking, typing, and distributing minutes or acting as the company witness.

To be considered for this role the HR Officer must have at least 12 months’ experience in a similar role with CIPD Level 3 or above. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work alone with sensitively and understanding.
