Apprentice Insurance PractitionerLocation: Boston (On-site)

This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of our BB Insure team based in Boston. The main requirement for the role is to provide excellent levels of service to both new and existing customers, Utilising strong sales and negotiation skills to ensure we maximise new business opportunities.

You will be joining us during this exciting period of growth, with a fantastic opportunity to build an excellent career here and within the wider Brown & Brown business.

About you:

  • As this role comes with full training and development, we're looking for someone who is after their first role after leaving school / college and wants to build a career within a growing business.
  • You'll be a good communicator and have strong numerical and verbal skills.
  • You'll have a minimum of English and Mathematics GCSE's (or equivalent) and be willing to learn and develop and invest the time in developing yourself, whilst taking onboard feedback and development points from managers.

The day to day:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
  • Uphold the company's mission statement and values
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks such as post, diary as well as account and insurer queries
  • Securing a consistent pass rate on all call observations
  • Awareness of complaint handling - Being able to resolve minor customer complaints and being fully aware of the company complaints process
  • Liaise and build relationships with insurers and customers - both internally and externally
  • General administration work: Prioritise all client communication (via phone, email and in-person) to ensure the customer receives a high level of customer service
