Senior Continuous Improvement Manager
Salary: £70k - £80k plus package
Location: Lincolnshire

Are you ready to lead transformative change in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to play a crucial role in driving operational excellence at a major food manufacturing site.

In this highly rewarding role, you'll work collaboratively with key functions such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical, Health & Safety, and Finance to initiate impactful changes that benefit both people and processes. You'll be part of a dynamic senior management team, spearheading key projects to elevate performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key opportunities for improvement and develop project plans to drive the operation from good to great.
  • Analyze data to facilitate performance improvements across the unit.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to implement more efficient processes.
  • Address daily challenges, identifying bottlenecks and resolving potential issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring full engagement in the change process.
  • Highlight and allocate resources to key areas to drive measurable improvements.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all Continuous Improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Process map the site to unlock further efficiencies and streamline operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG.
  • A deep understanding of manufacturing in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • A team-focused leader with a proven track record in driving collaborative cultures and engaging stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • A performance-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A natural motivator, coach, and idea generator with a passion for driving change.
