Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a talented Multiskilled Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and breakdown repairs to keep plant equipment running smoothly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead upgrades, installations, and modifications to machinery, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Problem Solving: Use expert knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise plant performance.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in fault diagnosis, problem-solving, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications:
    • Engineering City & Guilds or equivalent
    • HNC in Engineering or NVQ Level 3 (Electrical or Mechanical)
    • 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (Electrical preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working across disciplines in a fast-moving environment.
