  • Hours: Full time- 37.5 hours

About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly reputable hospital based in Boston, Lincolnshire. The service is ideally situated in a beautiful area of Boston and provides acute and specialist services to patients in Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties. This role would be working as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for women and children. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Clinical Pharmacist to join a friendly and diverse pharmacy team.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and responsible for the following;

  • Review and develop policies and produce medicines optimisation reports
  • Being accountable for either women or children
  • Provide line management and support to junior Pharmacists and students

Who we're looking for

  • Pharmacy degree (Master/Batchelor)
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions
  • Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within a hospital setting is essential
  • Significant specialist medical knowledge acquired through training and experience
  • Medicines Management experience gained in a Hospital environment across a range of specialities.
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Prescriber qualification desirable
