Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Boston, Lincolnshire, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided.
Responsibilities of the Multi-skilled Plasterer includes:
- Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Carrying out Damp courses
- Completing multi-skilled works including (but not limited to) carpentry, joinery, plumbing, bricklaying & roofing.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
- Maintaining van stock
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Essential criteria of the Multi-skilled Plasterer include:
- Full UK Driving License
- Relevant experience
