Key Responsibilities:

As a Lettings Valuer, you'll play a key role in growing our property register and ensuring the continued success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants.

  • Booking and conducting property viewings to showcase the best our properties have to offer.

  • Carrying out property valuations to assess rental values.

  • Negotiating and agreeing on tenancies with landlords and tenants.

  • Supporting the Branch Manager to drive branch performance and profitability.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in-person.

  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets through your dedication and hard work.

  • Representing the company professionally at all times, ensuring a strong brand presence.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with strong lettings experience and a passion for delivering results:

  • Prior experience working as a Residential Lettings Consultant.

  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to secure new business.

  • High level of customer service and communication skills.

  • A positive telephone manner and a can-do attitude.

  • Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Tenacity and self-motivation with a strong drive to succeed.

  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels.

  • Adaptable and responsive to change.

  • A full UK driving license is required.
