Key Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Valuer, you'll play a key role in growing our property register and ensuring the continued success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants.

Booking and conducting property viewings to showcase the best our properties have to offer.

Carrying out property valuations to assess rental values.

Negotiating and agreeing on tenancies with landlords and tenants.

Supporting the Branch Manager to drive branch performance and profitability.

Delivering exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in-person.

Achieving personal and branch sales targets through your dedication and hard work.

Representing the company professionally at all times, ensuring a strong brand presence.

Building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with strong lettings experience and a passion for delivering results:

Prior experience working as a Residential Lettings Consultant.

Excellent sales skills with the ability to secure new business.

High level of customer service and communication skills.

A positive telephone manner and a can-do attitude.

Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Tenacity and self-motivation with a strong drive to succeed.

Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels.

A full UK driving license is required.
