Our client, who is a well known, multi-office agency with offices throughout Lincolnshire, are looking for a tenacious and target driven, estate agency sales negotiator to join their established and existing team in Boston due to an internal promotion.
The successful candidate will ideally have some current estate agency experience, however a previous similar sales orientated and target driven background will be considered for the right person. This individual will be looking to join a company where there are future progression prospects and where they can further develop their property experience.
This is an extremely successful company with an excellent reputation within the industry.
You will need to demonstrate your already gained experience and show you are a determined and ambitious individual who wants to deliver exacting customer service.
You will be hard-working, immaculately presented, articulate and able to communicate at all levels. Experience dealing with all levels of clients is preferred and a real desire to succeed is essential.
In return, the company offers a basic salary and uncapped commission.
