Role Overview:

As a Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for your own business development (an existing client base would be an advantage) and then sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent using various methods. You will work remotely, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule while benefiting from our comprehensive support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:Leverage your existing client list or specialist area to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing:Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and your professional network.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Market Expertise:Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Performance Targets:Achieve and exceed performance targets set in terms of placements and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years 360 experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements and business development.
  • Client List:Preferably possess an existing client list or be confident in business development.
  • Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-Motivation:Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technology:Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as excel and online tools.
