Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a global business who are at the forefront of sustainability on a brand new Recruitment Specialist role. This will be a permanent position, hybrid working on site at their Boston office in Lincolnshire 3 days a week, salary circa 45k + car allowance

Reporting to the HR Director you will be integral part of the wider HR function in terms of leading the Talent Acquisition piece across the UK division. You will be leading recruitment campaigns across the group from entry level positions through to Senior management roles. Employee branding and positioning in the market place will be key and so it is essential that you are comfortable with building relationships with Universities, local colleges and schools and ,championing the work and growth the business are undertaking. You will be a self starter, happy to organise events as needed to further promote the company ethos and journey.

Recruitment Specialist - About the role.

  • You will collaborate with managers around pulling together job adverts, headhunting using various methods, including Linked in Recruiter.
  • Alongside this you will track the performance around recruitment campaigns, ensuring that the methods undertaken are successful.
  • You will work alongside stakeholders across the business to ensure best practice is happening and that it is aligned to the wider business strategy.
  • Cultivating relationships with Recruitment partners is key for hard to fill roles, however monitoring spend and ensuring that budgets are met will be a key piece.
  • You will need to organise networking events, attend job fairs and also meet with Educational bodies to promote the company and broaden the EVP.

Recruitment Specialist - About you.

  • You must have a proven background in talent Acquisition ideally in a manufacturing, FMCG, engineering or similar environment.
  • Ideally you will have worked on Early Years Recruitment and be comfortable with building relationships with universities and colleges and also worked with apprentices.
  • A strong background in data analytics is key so that metrics can be provided to determine success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • You must be proficient in using Recruitment software, including ATS and headhunting tools.
  • You must be happy to work on site 3 days a week in the Boston office but also travel to sites across the UK.
