Are you confident in leading a classroom? GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in teaching before pursuing a teaching qualification.
Role Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Ensure a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to students during lessons.
- Report back on student progress and classroom activities.
- Experience working with young people in an educational or coaching capacity.
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading a group.
- A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
- A professional and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
