Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to assist with lesson planning and delivery.
- Support student in 1:1 and small groups.
- Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) in meeting their specific learning needs.
- Encourage pupils' social and emotional growth by cultivating positive ties with them.
- Assist with classroom management and keeping the learning environment safe and tidy.
- Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teaching staff.
- Observe and document student development while providing input to the teacher.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Qualification as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
- It is preferable to have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
- A true enthusiasm for education and a desire to assisting children of all ages throughout their learning journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- To inspire and motivate children, patience, empathy, and a good attitude are required.
