Recovery Worker (Mental Health)

Salary: £23400 plus £4000 sleep-in allowance (Requirement to work 6 sleeps a month)

We're seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join an outstanding mental health charity in Boston, Lincolnshire.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate and individualised support to adults experiencing mental health crisis.
  • Empower clients to develop and lead their own recovery plans, fostering independence and control.
  • Utilise therapeutic interventions to promote well-being and stability.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to connect clients with additional resources.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
