As a Night Nurse, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Develop and utilise complex decision-making and collaborative skills
- Support residents in making life-changing decisions
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues
- Act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
- Ensure effective communication and professional behaviour
- Recognise and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect
The ideal Night Nurse will:
- Hold a valid NMC Pin number
