Job Title: Recovery WorkerLocation: BostonSalary: £24,150 per annum + Overtime AvailableAbout the RoleJoin our dynamic team as a Recovery Worker at our 5-bed crisis support service in Boston. This service is designed to provide short-term, high-quality support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The focus is on understanding the underlying factors contributing to each person’s crisis and equipping them with tools and strategies for ongoing recovery.Key Features:

  • 5-bed crisis service with a maximum stay of 7 days per service user.
  • Designed for individuals aged 18+ under the care of Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust crisis teams.
  • On-site parking is available.
  • 1 sleep-in shift per week, with additional overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic, one-to-one support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
  • Assist service users in identifying triggers and developing coping strategies for ongoing mental health management.
  • Work collaboratively with crisis teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Facilitate a safe, supportive environment that promotes recovery and wellbeing.
  • Complete relevant documentation accurately and in line with service requirements.
