SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Salary: £85 - £120 per day

Do you have a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with SEN students in a secondary school in Boston.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement learning plans.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students with classroom activities and emotional well-being.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) – higher qualifications are desirable.
