E-commerce Specialist Opportunity in Boston!

I am supporting an incredible local company on this rare full-time permanent opportunity on the outskirts of Boston. Paying a competitive salary with a host of other benefits, the successful candidate will be based in the offices and work within a small but powerful team driving business growth through new strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the company's website amongst other digital sales channels to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

  • Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, sales, and customer engagement.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

  • Monitor website performance, analyse data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail role.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in content management and product merchandising.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
